Requirements:
Qualifications in social work, community services, community development, public administration, law, or international studies. Previous experience working with people from disadvantaged backgrounds, whether through university internships, volunteer work, or paid employment, will be beneficial.
Position description:
Help communities identify and build on their existing strengths and strengthen their capacity to become self-sufficient. Your goal is to improve communities and the lives of their members, particularly those who are disadvantaged. This includes educating and advocating for the rights of individuals or groups, facilitating programs, identifying barriers to success, implementing action plans, and developing new services.
