Source of Life Children Foundation is an Australian registered charity and an international partnership of Christians whose mission is to follow our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in working with the poor and oppressed to promote human transformation, seek justice, and bear witness to the good news of the Kingdom of God.
Source of Life Children Foundation exists to provide answers to the rural communities’ needs. The Company intends to work across the continent of Africa. Our mission statement is “Through Jesus Christ, free young rural children and their respective families from poverty.” We pride ourselves through the help of the Holy Spirit to be able to bring a smile on a child’s face, as our Motto said it all:

The mission statement is further broken down to identify each of the various activities that the Company carries out to meet the needs of the most vulnerable children in developing countries of Africa. The organisation aims to work across Africa to ensure every child has safe water, food, better health care, education and a safe place to grow up.

Source of Life Children Foundation Ltd core values comprise “Care, Respect, Honesty, Trust and Responsibility.” These are the five elements that drive Source of Life Children Foundation Ltd. as they make up the Company and guide all the operations of the Organization. At the basic level, Source of Life Children Foundation Ltd. calls for absolute care, a practice that enables everyone affiliated with the Organization to recognize that children and the most vulnerable people need protection based on their rights. To ensure it continues with this mandate, there is a need for everyone to value the contributions made by the diverse organisation workforce. Combining respect with the will to do the right things, and a sense of trustworthiness among all stakeholders is what enables Source of Life Children Foundation Ltd. to be proud that it can deliver good work to children and the most vulnerable people. The confidence is perfected when everyone, including the management’s own responsibilities.
Our Logo
Our logo reminds us of the Love of God. It is a sign of a supporting hand which represents God’s care and love, and happy children.
According to Christian Bible in the book of Psalm 145:16 “You open Your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing.”
Our Colours:
Golden: in the meaning of colours, gold is generous and giving, compassionate and loving with others.
White: the colour white represents righteousness because of its purity of colour and light. Fully light and without stain, the colour white reminds us of the righteousness of Jesus Christ. He is pure light and pure righteousness.
Blue: the colour blue is the third primary colour. It spiritually signifies the healing power of God. It is the most sublime subject and colour which represents, biblically, the Word of God.
Green: is also the colour of growth, the colour of spring, of renewal and rebirth. It renews and restores depleted energy. It is the sanctuary away from the stresses of modern living, restoring us back to a sense of well-being.
Pink: The colour pink represents compassion, sensitive to the needs of others, nurturing and love. It relates to unconditional love and understanding, and the giving and receiving of nurturing.
Purple: In the Bible, the colour purple is associated with the rich, with royalty, and with authority (according to the book of Judges 8:26; Esther 1:6, Esther 8:15 and Daniel 5:16,29). Purple also represents meanings of wealth, creativity, wisdom, dignity, grandeur, devotion and peace.
We believe that God has called us to make a positive contribution to the fabric of His world by being agents of compassion and mercy.
A. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
B. We believe that there is only one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.
C. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
D. We believe that whoever believes in Jesus Christ shall not perish but have everlasting life.
E. We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration of the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
F. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
G. We believe believer’s baptism, by full-immersion and with the Holy Spirit, and the Lord’s Supper are the ordinances of the body of Christ.
H. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
I. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
J. We believe Christians are believers on a mission to enlarge the Kingdom of our God and Lord Jesus Christ.
WE ARE CHRISTIAN. We acknowledge one God; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. In Jesus Christ the love, mercy and grace of God are made known to us and all people. From this overflowing abundance of God’s love we find our call to ministry. We proclaim together, “Jesus lived, died, and rose again. Jesus is Lord.” We desire Him to be central in our individual and corporate life. We seek to follow Him in His identification with the poor, the powerless, the afflicted, the oppressed, the marginalised; in His special concern for children; in His respect for the dignity bestowed by God on women equally with men; in His challenge to unjust attitudes and systems; in His call to share resources with each other; in His love for all people without discrimination or conditions; in His offer of new life through faith in Him. From Him we derive our holistic understanding of the gospel of the Kingdom of God, which forms the basis of our response to human need. We hear His call to servanthood and see the example of His life.

We are called to serve the neediest people of the earth; to relieve their suffering and to promote the transformation of their condition of life. We stand in solidarity in a common search for justice. We seek to understand the situation of the poor and work alongside them towards fullness of life. We share our discovery of eternal hope in Jesus Christ. We seek to facilitate an engagement between the poor and the affluent that opens both to transformation. We respect the poor as active participants, not passive recipients, in this relationship. They are people from whom others may learn and receive, as well as give. The need for transformation is common to all. Together we share a quest for justice, peace, reconciliation and healing in a broken world.
We regard all people as created and loved by God. We give priority to people before money, structure, systems and other institutional machinery. We act in ways that respect the dignity, uniqueness and intrinsic worth of every person: the poor, the donors, our staff members and their families, partners, boards of directors and volunteers.
